Job Information
General Purpose / Objectives
To continuously improve the effectiveness of communications capabilities of the company
To uphold a professional standard of service towards our customers that help them to achieve their objectives
To develop competencies necessary to support the future communications needs of the organization
Major Tasks & Activities
Responsible for media relations, brand management, corporate, marketing and internal communications
Responsible for local strategic planning and tactical implementation of communications activities
Pursue global strategic alignment with respect to messaging and positioning of company relevant to site / country
Work closely with various local central functions and business units to achieve higher efficiency and desired outcomes
Plan, track and execute yearly budget locally and maximize the return on deployed resources
Oversee content of key communication channels (e.g. internal mass & external communications, media interactions)
Lead and manage a local Communications team as well as cross functional teams on project assignments
Ensure all programs meet the established standards of appearance and content
Work with external agencies, consultants and service providers on contracts of various nature
职位要求
Job Requirements
University degree
Business Administration with marketing emphasis
Communications (e.g. journalism)
Optional: Engineering with a flair for writing
10+ years of relevant job experience (PR and/or corporate communications)
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Experienced in strategic planning
Experienced working in semiconductor (preferred) / Electronics related industry
Sound understanding in Communications specialist area
Broad communications knowledge in high tech marketing, various market segments key to company.
Good knowledge of areas where there are regular interfaces (e.g. purchasing and financial controlling)
