Job Description
Make a plan and execute the plan to maximize the overall sales revenue from China
Lead and grow the sales team of XX Systems in China, including distributors
Improve the brand and popularity of XX products in the local embedded industry
Achieve the quarterly / annual sales quota
Follow thoroughly the sales process of XX Systems and maintain the sales pipeline
Establish and maintain the positive relationship with key customer accounts
Develop and maintain the partnership with semiconductor vendors and/or other partners
Organize & participate in local marketing activities
Job Request
Bachelor degree or above
5+ years sales experience with a proven sales track record
The experience in embedded industry or selling software products is a plus
Excellent communication skills with fast understanding and accurate expression
Good presentation skills
Strong English ability for listening, reading and writing; fluent oral English is preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office. The experience of using Salesforce.com is a plus.
Good team player
Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution and good time management
Able to commute regularly for domestic or oversea travels
