Job Description
- Provide IC selection consultant, technical solution introduction and product demonstration to customers
- Conduct technical communications with customers to understand their need and seek for collaboration opportunities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers who are using our AI chips or RISC-V CPU IP
- Collect, analyze and consolidate customers’ feedback on product and services improvement and support demand
Job Request
- MS or higher degree in EE, CS, automation, IT or other similar disciplines.
- Solid technical capability in IC design, testing, verification and IP integration; experiences as a R&D engineer in relevant positions will be a plus
- Proven capability to handle face-to-face and remote customer communication
- Sophisticated in finding, researching and resolving issues and problems
- High proficiency in both Mandarin and English - orally and in writing form; able to communicate clearly, passionately and compellingly.
- Able to travel frequently; about 40% of the time.
- Self-driven, result-oriented; able to multi-task and deliver under pressures.
- Experience of working with foreign coworkers and remote teams is a plus.
