Job Description
· Support order fulfillment activities from scheduling to shipment
· Manage pipeline inventory includes load balancing, delivery performance and ship allocation on assigned products
· Own and manage KPI like OTD, LT stability, excess and shortages
· Support special order builds for prototypes, sample program and volume production
· Manage channel distribution strategies like build-to-die bank, VMI, hub buffering and consignment
· Review build plan and forecast die load
· Coordinate with Engineering on product requirements for both production and prototypes
· Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to support order fulfillment and maintain customer intimacy
· Manage and develop close relationship with suppliers and manufacturers for strategic partnership
· Communicate with suppliers on schedule changes, builds requirements, allocation dates, info records, and scorecard reviews
· Handle logistics shipments to comply with international import/export requirements
Job Request
Background & Experience Requirements Include:
· Degree in Business Administration/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 years Planning related semiconductor industry experience
· Preferably with planning experience in managing demand to order fulfillment
· Self-driven and goals oriented
· Strong system skills in an ERP planning system required, Netsuite specifically is a strong plus
· Good communication and analytic skills (English required)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc)
Eligible to work in country of hire (China) without restriction. No relocation/position in Shanghai.
