Job Description

1.负责芯片总体技术方案制定、电路设计与仿真、定义模块功能和指标
2.全流程参与产品规格定义、工艺选择、版图的规划、测试方案规范的制定
3.跟踪前沿设计技术，能够独立带领团队完成产品开发
4.主导完成产品的实验室测试验证和debug工作，维护产品至顺利量产

Job Request

1.本科5年或硕士3年以上的模拟IC设计经验，半导体、电子类相关专业
2.了解半导体器件的物理特性，熟悉AD/DA, DCDC, Charger, 电荷泵, PLL等，有成功量产经验者优先
3.具备良好的沟通协调能力，强烈的责任感和进取精神，优秀的学习能力
