Before a recommendatin is made, a brief introduction of the company which the individual is to be recommended to is taken counsel with the individual. No recommendation will be made without the individual's approval; After an interview opportunity is offered by the company, the individual will be informed of further information about that company, and only when he or she approves again will the interview be arranged.

We will charge nothing for the individual personnel; the fees that we charge our client (the company which the individual is recommended to) is in accordance with the salary that the individual receives, hence, We always try to recommend the individual to the best position in the best company and make sure he or she has the most reasonable income and most favorable developing opportunity.

The name, word unit, comtact information and even graduation school of the individual will be concealed before the recommendation is made; There are always secrecy items for our recommended individuals inthe contract which we make with our client; We have person specially in charge of the administration of our personnel database, which is not available for reference from the outside. In a word ,we try our best to ensure the profession security for any individual!
