职位描述
Responsibilities (Job Description):<br>
1. Develop application software tools to enable Application Engineers and customers (IC design house, foundry, OSAT, IDM) to do test program conversion, development and optimization on *** platforms.<br>
2. Develop production solutions for **** customers to improve their production efficiency.<br>
3. Develop conversion and other productivity tools to improve Application Engineers'' efficiency.<br>
4. Lead cross functional team projects. Collect and understand internal and external customer requirements, do solution architecture design of complex software solutions, and use PM skill to manage the project to satisfy customer needs.<br>
5. Develop software following with SW development process.<br>
6. Develop and provide technical training and consulting to less experienced engineers and customers<br>
7. Initiate and develop solutions and IPs based on business and customer needs<br>
8. Contribute idea to improve the effectiveness of the SW team and Application development center.<br>
职位要求
Minimum Qualifications : Must:<br>
1. Masters degree in computer science<br>
2. 4+ years experience in software development and support<br>
3. Strong knowledge of software design & development methodologies such as , OOD & OOP <br>
4. Strong C/C++ programming skill<br>
5. Familiar with iterative development method, knowledge on CMM<br>
6. Familiar with Linux platform software development<br>
7. Positive attitude and good communication skills, good team player<br>
8. Strong verbal and written English skill<br>
9. Demonstrates sound customer-interfacing skills<br>
10. High Passion; A quick learner under heavy pressure<br>

Desired:<br>
1. Knowledge in semiconductor test systems <br>
2. Experienced in product development or customer support<br>
3. Perl programming skills
