职位描述
1 To lead ME/IE group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.<br>
2 To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.<br>
3 To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with ***''s customer requirements.<br>
*** Circuit (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.<br>
4 To lead ME/IE group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment<br>
optimizations.<br>
5 To supervise ME/IE Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).<br>
6 To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide<br>
realization.<br>
7 To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and<br>
Environmental Manuals.Eg:<br>
8 4-QC10-1000-004 - Quality Policy and System<br>
9 35-FS20-EMSGEN-001 - Environmental Management System Manual<br>
10 As a DMR, perform the job as MR in the absence of the MR<br>
职位要求
1 egree in Engineering. Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies environm<br>
2 Experience in high volume and automated manufacturing environment. Possess high quality leadership.<br>
