职位描述
1. Lead entire PE team to for process maintenance, trouble shooting, and improvement. Work closely with production team to achieve manufacturing KPI targets.
2. Stabilize and improve product yield, scrap rate and MRB expense.
3. Lead mechanical engineering team to develop and improve fixtures to support production and reduce labor touch time.
4. Grow and develop engineering team. Provide strong technical guidance to engineering managers.
5. Define and optimize engineering procedures
职位要求
1. M.S. in electrical engineer or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience, 5+ year experience in management role. All the experiences are required in optical communication industry.
3. Master optical transceiver knowledge in both design and process. R&D background preferred.
4. Good understanding of transceiver testing system. Knowledge of testing software will be a big plus.
5. Require strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
