职位描述
职位要求
1. PhD or MS in Optics, EE, Physics, or similar
2. Direct experience with 10Gig products (TOSAs/ROSAs)
3. Experience in product development (planning, goal-setting, execution, working with PE and production)
4. Excellent understanding of optoelectronics components (lasers, detectors), especially RF performance
5. Good understanding of transceivers
6. Good communications skills
7. English speaking/writing/reading
8. 10 years of optoelectronic engineering background in the field of fiber optic communications.
9. Experience of management in R&D, PE and NPI projects.
10. Good education background, and oral English is OK.
11. Can move to Chengdu with his family.
