职位描述
Be a part of high-focus team to create short-term and long-term roadmap of LEAN/TPM implementation.
Must have strategic focus in prioritizing the projects to improve bottom-line.
吠栀攀 role is to transform the manufacturing of products to a Lean customer centric model, allowing fast response to demand and mix changes.
Act as a lead change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the assembly and test operations.
Ability to understand the ‘big picture’ of Business realities instead of focusing on ‘point improvements’ isolated within the Supply Chain.
圠漀爀欀 closely and collaboratively with the Commodity Management and the Operations team in the Supply Chain to identify key focus areas and contribute to the improved Business results using Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
匠礀猀琀攀洀愀琀椀挀愀氀氀礀 improve the Lean Maturity rating of through Engagement of the Supply Chain Partners and use it as a metric to proliferate Lean implementation.
吠栀漀爀漀甀最栀 understanding and application Knowledge of the principles and techniques of Lean including but not limited to VSM, Voice of the Customer, kaizen leadership, 1-piece flow, and 5S
Ability to learn new concepts and effectively pass this knowledge on to others through classroom training or through design of practical experiences and exercises.
职位要求
匠栀漀甀氀搀 have strong understanding of the Management Information Systems and to be able to use them for automation of manual tasks/processes.
匠栀漀甀氀搀 have strong commercial approach to judge the business case for new initiatives.
Good conceptual capacity in identifying the patterns in information form variety of sources
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to support multiple initiatives in different areas, such as operations, work process improvement.

Demonstrate ability to present information/ideas to individuals/team in an articulate and organized way

Be able to manage the project pipeline for the improvement projects.
Must have Lean Implementation Experience in the Similar Industry (Semi-Conductors / Electrical Manufacturing)
