职位描述
1.Design and deliver software components as a project leader of a software project team
2.Collaborate with Japan SW team, applications and field team colleagues to troubleshoot problems, fulfill customers enhancement requests
3.Aware of business needs, contribute to plan and execute to fulfill customer needs and positively contribute to business
4.Strong organizational skill to work with cross-functional teams in requirements analysis, architecture and high-level design
5.Assist his/her manager to partially or fully take on parts of project management processes (planning and execution)
6.Share and ramp up teams application knowledge.
职位要求
1.BS in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related discipline;
2.Minimum of BS with 5 years or MS 3 years’ experience in software design, or general programming and testing;
3.Evidence of Leadership and Result Orientation;
4.Experience with complex, cross-functional, multi-location projects; preferably, experience in project management of such projects;
5.Good skill in written and spoken English & Japanese;
6.Practice good teamwork by contributing and supporting own and other projects;
7.Passion to improve product quality or process;
8.Positive attitude and good communication skills;
9.Good team player, be willing to share his/her knowledge and contribute to team success;
10.Experience in using Automatic Test Equipment platforms (for example, T2000, or others from Advantest, Teradyne or CLTX) is a plus.
