职位描述
1.Managing job vacancy code in SAP system
2.Setting up positions in People Click online recruitment system
3.Managing incoming applications
4.Arranging interviews
5.Liaising with agencies, applicants and hiring managers
6.Taking part in interviews
7.Carrying out referencing and background checks for new starters
8.Entering new employees on to SAP HR system
9.Support the implementation of global HR projects, for example ESS/MSS
10.Work with external vendor to manage China employment /payroll
11.Drive vendor’s performance and continuous improvement
12.Play as a super user role of ** Policy Zone, ensure it is compliant with country-specific law and regulation
职位要求
1.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
2.Have strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
3.Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels
4.High attention to detail and operationally strong
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6.Initiative to take on and complete tasks and work independently
7.Strong with numbers and structured thinker
8.Bachelor or Master degree in Human resource or business related major
9. 6+ years in HR. Experience in a high tech environment preferred
10.Experience working in a multi-national organisation, on a global team strongly preferred
