职位描述
1. Set up PC/IE dept goals and KPI to in terms of company’s missioin and Operation Excellence Goal
2. Set up PC model, maintain and continue to improve it
3. Set up IE capacity/HC/cost model, maintain and continue to improve it
4. Work w/ Ops team to hit delivery goal
5. Work w/ Ops team to hit productivity improvement KPI
6. Work w/ Ops and PUR team to ensure effective material control plan
7. Manage PC/IE team w/o people issue and continue develop the team capability
8. Cost down by driving productivity, capacity utilization and material planning
职位要求
8 years Mfg or supply chain management experiences in MNC in Semi-conductor industry
Bachelor above
Integrity, open minded, result orientation, take care of people
Fluent English speaking and writing, good Chinese language skills
