职位描述
Lead and drive integrated, competitive and sustainable engineering solutions for the company. <br>
Responsible for Technical project management and Engineering support for HVM<br>
&#8226;Qualify and support new product development through establishing new processes, equipment / material. <br>
&#8226;Technical support for new business and customer<br>
&#8226;Establish set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields<br>
&#8226;Establish process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, etc.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent required, major in engineering, electronics, chemistry, physics etc. <br>
2. Familiar with MSAP/SAP process and FC substrate<br>
3. 8+ years working experience in IC substrate<br>
4. Good leadership, communication, interpersonal skills<br>
5. Excellent oral and written English.<br>
