Job Description:<br>
&#8226; Lead the recruitment team to recruit high quality candidates for XX business. Strive to ensure the selected candidates are consistent with COMPANY culture and also have related knowledge and skills, based on company talent criteria.<br>
&#8226; Provide guidance and support to recruitment activities of XX worldwide recruiting teams.<br>
&#8226; Develop and maintain the recruitment systems including applicant tracking system, talent pool to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment activities. <br>
&#8226; Exploring and adopting effective recruitment channels, ensuring that qualified employees are hired and effectively integrated.<br>
&#8226; Develop and maintain the recruitment metrics to effectively evaluate recruiters'' performance. <br>
&#8226; Develop and maintain the recruitment channels. <br>
&#8226; Leading corporate recruitment projects such as Project recruitment and Campus recruitment etc, based on the business demand.
职位要求
Qualification:<br>
&#8226; Bachelor''s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or other related field. <br>
&#8226; At least have 10 years HR related work experience including 5 years above recruiting management working experience.( “Hunter” experience would be a plus) <br>
&#8226; At least 3 years or above to serve in over 1,000 employees company (Foreign company will be a plus) <br>
&#8226; Strong sense of responsibility and principle, good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; analytical minded and quick thinking. <br>
&#8226; Fluent English both in written and oral communication skills. <br>
&#8226; Knowledge and experiences of sourcing methods, and best recruiting practices and strategies<br>
&#8226; Integrity, accountability, customer focus, sense of urgency, hands-on, quick adaptability, team work and multi-tasked oriented.<br>
&#8226; Candidate needs to have business trip for DL employee recruitment at least once a month. ( it depends on business needs)
