5.Have 3+ years’ software team managerial experience is a must.<br>
6.Have DVB/STB experience is a MUST<br>
7.Have excellent interpersonal skills.<br>
8.Have effectual time and software project management skills.<br>
9.Be able to make responsible and effective decisions.<br>
10.Be able to work on own initiative.<br>
11.Be able to communicate efficiently –both written and verbally.<br>
12.Be able to meet targets and handle a high pressure environment.<br>
13.Be able to lead and manage teams.<br>
14.Bachelor’s degree or higher<br>
15.Have vocational and management certifications is a plus. <br>
