Description:
xx Semiconductor is looking for motivated individuals to grow with the company. Program manager is a critical position in xx ASIC business. He/she has to manage a project from post-sales to the completion of the project. In the post-sales phase program manager has to work with customers, vendors, internal design team and silicon operation team to ensure the delivery of the defined products. Program manger has the responsibility for the full control of the schedule, cost and risks of the project.
职位要求
Qualification:
1. A qualified program manager has to be able to communicate and educate both internally & externally.
2. Program manager has to deliver results based on influence rather than authority and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
3. Minimum four years of experience in AISC backend design or IC manufacturing is required.
4. Have good knowledge of ASIC backend design, IP eco-system, IC manufacturing, testing and packaging and IC market is the basis for this job.
5. Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills.
6. Proved capability of the presentation and documentation.
7. Fluent in both oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
