职位描述
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering leadership to test, yield, quality, and manufacturing from product engineering aspect.
Drive test process improvement, yield analysis, hold lot disposition, test time reduction, capacity improvement, MRB material disposition, electrical failure analysis on low yield lots, and RMA return.
Work closely with operation to ensure shipment fulfillment.
职位要求
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Graduate degree is preferred.
8 years’ experience within the Flash memory devices or Integrated Circuit industry with at least 3 years in technology management.
Good understanding of advanced fab processed and Flash memory technologies.
Excellent understanding of semiconductor device physics, yield and reliability related issues.
Strong problem solving and statistical analytical Skills.
