Responsibilities
Set up MEMS product annual plan in full collaboration with sales & RD engineers
与销售、研发工程师通力合作，建立和实现MEMS产品的年度计划
Responsible for potential market development、market research and initial sales
前期市场开发、调研、初期销售工作
Identify and initiate new project with intelligent product adopting strategy based on various information
判断及开发新产品,以适应产品战略以及市场的需求
Promote products through all kinds of pipelines and channels
基于产品性能，面向客户的需求,通过各种途径推广产品
Collect competitor movements for better decision making
收集竞争对手资料和信息以便作出最好的决策
职位要求
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent .
本科或硕士学历,有电子工程或相关专业
More than 3 years experience in marketing and R&D position in semiconductor industry, especially for consumer application
超过3年以上半导体工业工作市场和研发经验，特别是消费类电子应用
Knowledge in MEMS product and market information is a plus
深入了解MEMS产品以及市场讯息为佳
Self-motivated, can bear working pressure, and team work spirit.
