 Recruitment & manage a 3-5 analog and mixed-signal design engineers team in Shanghai
 Work with local digital SoC team and US Headquarter teams on:
1. cultural and technical methodology integrations
2. design tool environment setup
3. training of engineering team members hired in Shanghai
4. project definitions and planning
5. project executions
