Job title: Semiconductor Foundry Manager
Company Profile
- Our client has been active in the field of MEMS since 1988
and is one of the pioneers in the microsystem-technology. Several hundred different types – ranging from pressure and acceleration to yaw sensors – have since then been manufactured for the automotive industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Interface with external foundry (with respect to their CMOS processes) and internal design groups, in order to enable smooth new product introduction and volume ramp up with high yield
- Support to resolve technical issues related to: tape out, design rules, devices, Spice modeling, process variability, performance, reliability and manufacturability
- Establish internal technology requirements and specifications with external foundries, and coordination for process development
- Actively drive to optimize product yield during volume ramp up
- Project management on IC development

Qualification Requirement
(e.g. education, working experience, knowledge, skill, language, competence, etc)
- Bachelor, Master or PHD degree in Device Physics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4-6 years'' experience (PHD could be lower than 4 years) in CMOS process or device engineering industry experience
- Strong background in Anlog/Mixed-signal CMOS processes (180nm or below), process flow, design rule analysis and validation;
- Able to correlate yield to inline and electrical parameters, and good data analysis ability
- Experience in IC failure analysis and fault localization techniques
- Having experience and ability to manage projects, in order to qualify new technologies for production
- Good knowledge in UNIX, Ms Office & programming
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams, English written and verbal
- Self motivated, strong communication and interpersonal skills
