Job function:
Work with customers to optimize their line conditions like POP SMT etc, low power DRAM (LPDDR) setting in system applications.
Help customer to do quality/technical trouble shooting: collect customers technical/ quality information.
职位要求
Requirement:
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and mandarin.
2 years working experience at Factory ( SMT line, IC package assembly line)
Willing to learn IC failure analysis
Below 35 years old
Some travel for on-site customer support may be required
Need frequently visit customer to do trouble shooting and collect information.
