刢M (Requirement Management) ，Integration of RM-related documents in RM database<br>
刢M group member<br>
倢爀漀瘀椀搀攀 RM handling support on RDM BeiJing site for RM process and tool handling (DOORS) in efficient way<br>
匢甀瀀瀀漀爀琀 to define/introduce RM process improvements as needed for best R&D efficiency<br>
职位要求
1.Master of above of wireless communication or digital signal processing and relevant field;<br>
2.Profound foundation in wireless communication signal processing technique, good ability in using signal processing theory to research, analyze and design algorithms;<br>
3.Familiar with LTE wireless communication and related technology (LTE/Winmax/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM/EDGE);<br>
4.Have good mathematic base, good ability in using mathematic theory and tools, such as Matrix Theory,Stochastic Process, Numerical Analysis to analyze and resolve algorithm issue;<br>
5.Prefer experience of LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/CDMA2000/HSPA+ physical layer algorithm development and implementation, physical layer standard study<br>
6.Familiar with Doors RM tool is preferred<br>
7.Open-minded, excellent communication skills and good teamwork<br>
8.CET-6. Good ability in English for technical reading and writing, fluent in English communication<br>
