职位描述
1.Serve as senior team member for the design and implementation of products.<br>
2.Manage complexity at the module level and database level using VB 6.0 and VB.NET<br>
3.Resolve technical problems.<br>
4.Initiate design changes and provide engineering support to assess customer needs and solve field issues.<br>
5.Conduct and engage in complex software development requiring direct interface with hardware. <br>
6.Generate design and product documentation.<br>
7.Perform unit testing and integration testing as required.<br>
8.Participate in source code control and software release activities. <br>
9.Anticipate problems and solves before they develop.<br>
10.Perform other duties as required.<br>
职位要求
BS in Computer Science or equivalent <br>
Four-five years professional experience developing within a Microsoft .NET and VB 6.0 environment.<br>
Must speak and write fluently and effectively in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages. <br>
High proficiency in development and engineering skills and expertise.<br>
Good working knowledge of tools such as MS Visual Studio .NET, Visual Source Safe, and commercially available issue management tools.<br>
understanding of automated test development using commercially available automation tools. <br>
knowledge of telecommunications specifications and standards as they apply in a system application. <br>
professional with a full knowledge of operating systems, networking standards and protocols<br>
Ability to deal with problems of moderate scope, to analytically identify cause and affect relationships and assist in logically developing action plans. <br>
Able to document issues, test plans, test designs and project status. <br>
Able to Unit test code after completion. <br>
Manage time effectively, from day to day time to project schedules with minimal supervision.<br>
