职位描述
system engineering leadership to link system test, hardware, software, firmware, quality, FA, mechanical, electrical, and product engineering aspects of Solid-Disk-Drive manufacturing.
Manage and provides technical guidance to product engineering, MFG test, FA and EMS management teams in China.
Drive test process improvement, Yield improvement, hold lot disposition, cost reduction, capacity improvement, MRB material disposition, failure analysis on low yield lots, qualification fail, QC fail, and RMA return
closely with corporate R&D team and CM to ensure smooth product transition
support to assembly & packaging engineering to identify process yield issues
closely with operation to ensure shipment fulfillment
职位要求
Bachelor degree or Master degree in EE Computer Science or relevant
About 10 years of experience in system engineering and architecture for SSD, laptop or PC products, at least 3 years team management experience
Experience or knowledge of storage architecture
Good understand on IC component such as DDR, EEPROM, ASIC especially Flash memory
Good understand of all aspects of system test including test, hardware, mechanical, electrical, system interfaces, firmware and software.
Good Knowledge of SAS/SATA/PCI-e/USB interfaces at both device and host level.<br>
Experience with SSD HW/SW testing at system and component levels.
Experience in systems engineering design and debug; including traceability from the system level to component levels.
Familiar with environmental stress screening and testing that includes shock, vibration, and thermal cycling of SSD and component level.
Experience with C/C++, Visual Studio and others.
Knowledge in SQL Database, Visual Studio, C/C++ and others.
