职位描述
design, analyze, and implement advanced wireless signal processing algorithms. Algorithms need to be developed, simulated, quantitatively assessed and refined. The candidate should be able to analyze algorithms in terms of circuit implementation complexity and power consumption.

1.Wireless PAN, Wireless LAN, Wireless WAN, and/or cellular networks <br>
2.Modulation and demodulation
3.Error correction coding and decoding
4.Channel estimation and equalization
5.Carrier and symbol timing recovery and tracking
6.Filtering and interpolation
7.Knowledge of media access control (MAC) for wireless or wired networks <br>
8.Smart antenna techniques such as beam-forming, MRC, space-time coding <br>
9.RF system design and test
10.VLSI design
11.DSP algorithm in ASIC
12.M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with 3-4 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related fields is highly desired.
