职位描述
1.Responsible for the digital entertainment segment’s strategy, business development and, products include DTV, analog front end, tuner etc for applications of Smart TV, Smart IPTV/OTT etc.
2.Build up solid relationship with key customers in DTV industry, including ODMs and OEMs in China.
3.Work closely with the Digital Entertainment group to identify the markets and customers and provide competitive market information and customer requirement to BU
4.Work closely with the account sales managers and FAEs to win the business, design in/wins and support the accounts to grow
5.Coordinate and arrange marketing people to visit China and enhance relationship with the customers.
6.Select and manage third parties to come up reference and module designs
7.Support major account sales team on logistics and relationship with key customers
8.Maintain and monitoring for revenue forecast and DW win forecast and claim 9.Manage key customer projects from win to mass production
职位要求
1.BSEE is required, MS in EE is preferred
2.10+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry for sales, marketing and business development
3.Strong communication skills, worked in multi-national companies. Fluent in English, Chinese is a must
4.Solid knowledge and experience in the communications chips (IC) and the systems. Fully understand DTV, settop box products and the markets.
5.Have good relationships with TV and settop box manufactures (TCL, Skyworth, Changhong, Hisense, Lenovo), operators (BesTV, Wasu, CTC) and ODMs parties (SVA, Coship, Meile ) in China
6.Must have track of record winning designs, managing biz in DTV and Settop box areas
7.Must be a team player with high level of management skills
8.Must be aggressive, self motivated and result driven.
