职位描述
1.Organize activities for project execution thru STEPP Project Life Cycle milestones
Formalize structured Management decisions thru Operating Steering Committee (OSC)
Formalize accountability for Scope, Quality, Cost and Schedule for the project scope
2.Ensure proper R&D resource staffing for the Project
嘠愀氀椀搀愀琀攀 through the overall Project organization the overall Project demand towards Line Manager for allocation
Identify gaps, propose solution to Line Manager, escalate to Program Manager when relevant
吠爀愀挀欀 monthly effective allocation with Pluto and TLS
3.Lead technical decision process for the Project
Ensure global technical leadership to drive optimal technical choices for project and strategy of the company
4.Coordination of multi discipline engineering teams by means
传爀最愀渀椀稀愀琀椀漀渀, work breakdown structure, detailed planning and associated effort estimations
Ensure consistency of concurrent engineering activities
5.Install systematic weekly Project meetings and manage monitoring, controlling and reporting processes
Deploy standard dashboard and Key Performance Indicator
Install setup for Problem reporting and Change requests with associated empowered change control board
Manage changes and deviation to plan with adequate corrective actions or trigger Major Deviation Review when needed
6.Report status when MS milestone arrival during OSC Review

职位要求
More than 8 years working experience in one technical domain field
And more than 5 years experience as a project manager
Has experience working with customer
圠椀琀栀 qualified project management qualification such as PMP Certification from PMI (Project Management Institute)
Good people management skill
