职位描述
1.Manage and develop assembly process engineers in front end or back end
2.Be responsible to build China local assembly process engineering team with high qualification and healthy team culture
3.Manage assembly process to achieve highly successfully yield target in ensure in 24 hrs * 7 days assembly manufacturing model
4.Be responsible for process yield improvement
5.Be responsible to improve process to increase assembly line capacity
6.Own process improvement to increase direct labor productivity
7.Cooperate w/ equipment engineering team to Improve equipment performance on up time, repair, maintenance time and frequency, etc
8.Cost down by driving process optimization
职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering
2.At least 10 years related experience in Semiconductor Engineering management in Multi-national company;
3.Experience to cooperate w/ company networking cross the world
4.Experience to manage engineering team who support 24 hrs * 7 days assembly manufacturing
5.Strong technical knowledge/expertise in assembly equipment engineering and process engineering
6.Be good at technical problem solving philosophy, strong analytical skill and logical thinking
7.Good organization and people management skills
8.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
9.Good English both written and speaking
