职位描述
1.Own one of critical SW components/areas to fulfill the business needs, and also drive the long-term development (e.g. by proposing application/domain-driven SW development roadmap)
2.Design and deliver software components as lead engineer
3.Collaborate with SW team, applications and field team colleagues to succeed in current SW maintenance as well as the new SW developmentin the responsible area, with good understanding of industrial trends, customer needs and *******’s solutions
4.Contribute to project planning and execution processes.
5.Take on assignments that contribute to departmental initiatives (knowledge sharing, etc.)
职位要求
1.MSc. in CS or EE is the Minimum
2.5+ year experience in C++/Java software development, and at least 3+ years of experience of SW API and library development
3.Experienced with IC design/test or semiconductor measurement systems
4.Excellent knowledge of fundamental data structures and algorithms
5.Good communication skills in English, including spoken, listening, and writing
6.Result oriented, with strong organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams locally and globally
