Critical Success Factors:
Full understanding of customer business and technical development plans.
Sound personal relationships with key technical decision-makers at customers and a good understanding of commercial relationships.
High level knowledge of Semiconductor and software development process.
High level knowledge of supply chain
Development of strong relationships with assigned Sales Managers, as well as Marketing and Engineering teams.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
Five years Plus experience in SoC design and/or Architecture development.
Extensive knowledge of XX CPU architecture and/or multi-processor system
Familiar with SOC architecture and AMBA specification.<br>
Complete ASIC front end design flow from micro architecture define to SPEF out.
Experience with complex SoC architecture exploration and optimization
Proficient with ASIC and FPGA implementation, validation flows, DFT methodologies, and silicon bring-up and debug
BS Plus Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience with design planning and/or back-end implementation would also be an advantage.
Personal Skills:
Fluent in English<br>
