The successful candidate will have experience in research, definition, design, simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production of high-performance state of the art BiCMOS integrated circuits in the following areas:
1.Power Management –Switch Mode Power Supplies, Battery chargers, WLED driver, Camera Flash, LDOs, …
2.Interface Circuits –SPI, I2C, USB, …
Including the following functional blocks
1.Gain amplifiers
2.Bandgaps and references
3.Temperature sensors
4.Voltage monitors
5.State Machines
6.Real Time Clock
7.Xtal Oscillator (Low Power-Low Jitter)
8.Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters
Power management applications include:
1.Cell Phone
2.Tablet PC
3.PDA
4.Digital Still Camera
5.Digital Video Camera
职位要求
1.MSEE/BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development
2.Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom circuit designs
3.Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation
4.Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal ICs.
5.Consumer application experience a plus
