#### is looking for experienced Analog and Mixed Signal Design Engineers to be a part of a strong digital/mixed signal and IC integration team.
The successful candidate will be involved in research, definition, design, simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production of high-performance state of the art BiCMOS
integrated circuits in the following areas:
1.Power Management – LDOs, SMPS, Battery chargers, LED drivers, Charge Pumps,
2.Audio Amplifiers – Class D, AB, …
3.Interface Circuits –SPI, I2C, USB, …
Including the following functional blocks
1.Gain amplifiers
2.Bandgaps and references
3.Temperature sensors
4.Voltage monitors
5.Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters
6.State Machines/Sub-microprocessor
Power management applications include:
1.Smart Phones and Tablets
2.Digital Still and SLR Cameras
3.Mobile Internet Devices
职位要求
1.MSEE/BSEE degree with 6+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC development
2.Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed voltage custom circuit designs
3.Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation
4.Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal IC
