职位描述
Job Description:
1. Provide day to day technical support for lighting customers in Northern China
2. Conduct regular product promotion and technical training/seminars to internal/external customers
3. Perform benchmark test and analysis of components and solutions from competitors.
4. Investigate, implement and improve various lighting solutions with xx products.
5. Provide accurate and timely feedback of market trend and requirement as a reference for company''s product definition/roadmap
职位要求
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Master degree in Electronic Eng., Majoring in Power Electronics preferred
- Minimum 8 years in R&D/application support of lighting fields
- Solid understanding of FL ballast and LED lighting design and common practices
- Excellent knowledge of Power Semiconductor, Power Electronics and relevant standard/regulations
- Good understanding of MCU and digital control preferred
- Excellent design and trouble-shooting skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within China and to oversea countries
- Good presentation & communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Open-minded and flexible to work with customers and meet requirements with innovative design approaches
- Matured, self-disciplined and good time management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.
- Good team player with good leadership skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
