Job Description

1、根据客户提供的需求，分析职位并进行有效的候选人甄选面试及推荐；
2、业务市场拓展，了解客户需求并达成协议，维护良好的客户关系；
3、与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通，及时并有效传递双方的反馈信息；
4、能自我激励并带领团队完成销售指标。

Job Request

1、3年以上的工作经验， 1年以上IC或电子或通讯领域从业经验优先；
2、有IC猎头经验优先；
3、强烈的责任心，富有激情，优秀的人际沟通能力，出色的说服技巧；
4、具有挑战精神，热爱猎头工作，并能承受一定的工作压力；
5、良好的英语读写能力，口语佳者优先
