Job Background
· Covers all product line over markets in terms of Optoelectronics, Infrastructure, Infra,video, CATV and etc.;
· Huawei Business is expecting to reach $16~17M in FY2014 with combined business incl,and revenue is expecting a 50% growth in 2 years;
· Location, better and m​ostly in Shenzhen, could be flexible in Shanghai, Wuhan, Xi''an depending on the candidate’s situation.

Candidate Requirements
· 5 to 8+ years’ experience in broad Semiconductor industry with the experience handling Key accounts or proved capability to handle key accounts ;
· Achieve and balance short-term and long-term business goals with strategic thought/mind process;
· Strategic growth goal setting/sales projection;
· Develop business and maintain relationship with Huawei in all steps from customer requirements to sales execution;
· Coordinate with HQ and BU at the level of gap closure instead of an interpreter, to guide PLs/Mgrment to understand Huawei business model and tech trend deeply so as to invest company’s recourses correctly, timely and actively.
· Management skills, to lead a team (incl. solid line and dotted line) for overall Huawei business.
Skillsets
· technical: better with technical background of digital and/or analog, or optical components and system;
· soft skills: mature with strategic though process, aggressive, a fast learner, work well under great pressure, efficient team/group managing capability or has the capability to manage a team;
· education: Graduated from tier-1 universities is a remarkable plus.
