Job Description

1.负责高压模拟器件模型提取相关测试图形设计方案；
2.负责高压模拟器件模型提取及模型验证的完整流程；
3.协助工艺调整进行模型更新，并为电路设计人员解决模型应用问题。

Job Request

1.电子工程、半导体物理、微电子等专业本科以上学历，有较好的半导体物理基础，熟悉高压及模拟半导体器件测试和分析，参数提取及模型仿真；
2.熟练掌握BSIMProplus、SPICE、SPECTRE等相关EDA工具，熟练使用cascade探针台，HP4156等测试仪器；
3.有高压模拟器件3年以上建模工作经验，主动性强，有责任心，做事认真仔细，良好的团队合作精神。
